What the developer collects

The developer does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data through BreathZen. The app contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or third-party account system.

Data stored on your device

Breathing patterns, settings, purchase-entitlement cache, and practice history are stored locally. BreathZen does not upload them to a developer-operated server. Removal of local app data depends on your operating system; uninstalling an app on Mac may leave local data behind. Apple Health entries are managed separately in the Health app.

Apple Health

On supported devices, integration is optional. With your permission, BreathZen writes completed practices as mindful sessions. It does not read Health data, and the developer does not receive Health data. This integration is unavailable on Mac.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and restoration through StoreKit under Apple's Privacy Policy. BreathZen receives only the transaction information needed to determine whether the non-consumable feature is unlocked. Opening purchase features, buying, or restoring may contact Apple's App Store services. Everyday breathing practice does not require a network connection. On iPhone and iPad, BreathZen may occasionally ask the system to show an App Store rating request, which Apple handles.

Audio and microphone

Breathing guidance is generated on your device from bundled audio material. BreathZen does not request microphone permission, record your voice, or listen to your breathing.

System services and children

BreathZen may use standard Apple services such as StoreKit, Apple Health where available, audio playback, haptics, and local storage. Their operation is governed by device settings and Apple's terms. BreathZen is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting personal information, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This website

This website is part of songli.me and is hosted on Cloudflare. It has no analytics, ads, tracking cookies, or third-party fonts. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated text and effective date will be published here. Material changes will reflect the app's actual behavior.
